Foreign Investment Company

PMA (Foreign Investment Company) is the establishment of a business entity built and running in Indonesia which is intended for foreign or foreign investors partially or fully or with the cooperation of Indonesian local investors.

Documents Required
- Photocopy of ID card or passport of the company founder.
- Photocopy of TIN.
- Articles of Association report for applicants who are legal entities.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Photo with a red background, measuring 3×4 and 4×6 (4 pieces each).
- Description of the management structure and share ownership or capital for the founders of PT PMA.
- Description of PT PMA’s address.
  Photocopy of IMB or building permit for PT PMA.
- Photocopy of proof of use of the place of business.
- Company stamp.
  The original power of attorney is not a copy.
- Complete production flow chart with details and production processes from raw materials to finished products (for the industrial sector).

- Scanned copy of the main page of the passport details
- Scanned copy of the page of the passport cover
- Scanned copy of Kitas Stamp on the passport
- Copy or KITAS by Immigration office that issued Kitas
- Marriage / Divorce Certificate (in English / Indonesia) – if Any
- Birth Certificate (in English / Indonesia)
- Formal Photo (with red backround)
- Address in Bali (must be same with kitas address)
- Valid Domicile Letter From Banjar/Neighborhood head
- Domicile Letter Approved by Urban Village & subdistrict (if Any)
- KTP (ID Card) & Kartu Keluarga (Family Certificate) Sponsor from same district
